Job Description
3. Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
4. Provide strategic advice and insights to clients to support their financial goals.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
7. Mentor and support the Management team to sustain the departments growth.
8. Contribute to business development initiatives within the Midlands.
The Successful Applicant
9. An ACA, or ACCA, qualified RI with experience of controlling a portfolio of audit clients
10. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
11. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
