What We’re Looking For
The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management.
This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client. A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365.
Key Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities:
1. Proactive client support and account management.
2. Hosting and attending client meetings, including the production of meeting agendas and notes/actions.
