Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care and Service Centre Manager located in the Wakefield area. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the service centre to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, analysing customer feedback, and implementing service improvements.
Qualifications
Skills in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication abilities for active listening and effective interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders
Analytical Skills for identifying trends, solving problems, and improving customer care processes
Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar settings is an advantage
Ability to work on-site in the Wakefield Area
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
