Legal Receptionist— Manchester City Centre
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm (an earlier finish can be accommodated but salary will be pro-rata).
Previous corporate reception experience is essential for this role.
Our client is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join their dynamic team within the legal sector. Youll be working alongside another brilliant receptionist placed by Office Angels!
Responsibilities
* Provide a helpful and efficient reception desk service, meeting and greeting clients and visitors to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
* Handle telephone calls via a switchboard system, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary.
* Set up conference calls and video conferencing using platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom; ensure all correspondence is handled accurately and timely.
* Organise daily conference facilities and supplies, use the diary system to plan conference rooms, and coordinate catering and refreshments as required.
* Liaise with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations and address callouts promptly.
* Assist with ad-hoc clerical duties as necessary to support the team.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
* Previous experience in a similar corporate receptionist role and an understanding of receptionist duties and best practices.
Employment Details
* Employment type: Permanent full-time
* Salary: Base pay range provided; actual pay based on skills and experience
