Service Desk Analyst | 3 Months | £170 - £180 Per Day | Exeter
My client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month engagement with view of extension. The role requires full-time on-site presence in Exeter. This position is offered on a PAYE basis and falls inside IR35.
Key Requirements
* 2+ Years of Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / First Line Support Experience
* Experience building PC’s and Mobile Devices is Preferred
* Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VPN
* Ability to follow processes and log support tickets accurately
* Locality to Exeter and willingness to commit to full time onsite work
* Strong Communication Skills
