Step Teachers are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a Secondary School team in Hertfordshire on an ongoing long term temporary basis, starting ASAP.

Duties as a Music Teacher:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality music lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Direct and accompany school ensembles, choirs or bands, and organise concerts or musical events.
* Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and reports.
* Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment that nurtures creativity and confidence.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Ideal Music Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Music at secondary level.
* Strong musicianship and the ability to teach a range of musical styles and techniques.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as a Music Teacher.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
