We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the team at DP World, based in Burton-on-Trent, DE14 3PD. DP World is a global leader in end to end supply chain solutions, and Burton is a central hub for processing returns and relocating products within the supply chain.
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
* Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes
* Processing customer returns and relocating Amazon products
* Pick and move bulky items such as fridges, washing machines, TVs, and garden furniture
* Store products accurately in designated warehouse areas
* Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping
* Operate pump trucks
* Heavy lifting and manual handling part of daily tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and procedures
* Carry out any other reasonable duties to support warehouse operations
