The Package
* £62,000 - 67,500 base (including a £5,000 car allowance and fuel card)
* Lucrative commission / profit share – especially as the division continues to grow
* Hybrid work – 2 days a week in the Brough (Hull) HQ
The Firm
With large international investment, the client has been established for almost 20 years in Renewable Energy installs, specialising in heat pumps. For the last 6+ years, they have been the UK and Ireland's market leader for commercial/industrial scale pumps, with projects ranging from 1 megawatt to 8.5 megawatt (the UK's largest – they set and break records). This year they have built a new Service and Maintenance division. Now, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead that forward and not only upsell to existing clients/contracts but to go out and win new contracts.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Service and Maintenance division, driving growth and profitability.
* Upsell existing clients for additional service contracts.
* Identify and secure new commercial contracts across the UK and EU.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
* NO previous heat pump experience is even required, but would be a bonus.
* Successful background in commercial service and maintenance within HVAC, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, or a similar industry.
* Strong sales and business development skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
