Description:
Search Driving are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in Lanark. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with a well-established logistics provider.
Drivers will cover a mix of local delivery, RDC work, and long-distance trunking to depots across the UK. We offer a variety of shifts including days, backs, nights, and weekends - flexible to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Trunking and store deliveries across local and national routes
Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
Daily vehicle checks and accurate paperwork completion
Following all driving regulations and company procedures
Communicating clearly with transport planners and site contacts
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 12 months HGV driving experience
Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph (Digi Card)
No more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, or IN convictions)
Good knowledge of UK road network and driver hours regulations
Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
