What you'll do

* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
* Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused
* Ensure excellent Customer Service to everyone who shops with us

* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and team
* Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
* Confidence to monitor and improve your store’s KPIs
