About the Role
We are seeking an experienced painting and decorating professional with proven industry expertise. You will:
* Order and organise tools, materials, and equipment.
* Operate the stores and maintain workshop stock levels.
* Prepare and set up workshops and equipment for classes.
* Ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times within the workshops.
* Assist with learner supervision and provide practical guidance where needed.
* Demonstrate the use of tools and equipment to support learner development.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in painting & decorating up to a professional standard.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety in a workshop environment.
* A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
