Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of people operations across onboarding, reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
* Own and optimise HR systems and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
* Manage cross-functional partnerships across Finance, IT, and external providers for seamless people services.
* Drive forward-thinking policy development and compliance across multiple geographies.
* Lead a high-performing payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness globally.
* Support People Team strategic initiatives and manage end-to-end HR projects.
Skills:
* CIPD or equivalent qualification.
* Proven HR generalist or payroll management experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
* Demonstrated success in managing HR systems and leading HR initiatives.
* Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational demands.
