Job Advertisement: MIG and TIG Welder

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel].
* Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine the proper welding techniques and material requirements.
* Ensure all welds are of the highest standard, meeting both company and industry quality requirements.
* Inspect welds for defects and ensure repairs are made as necessary.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
* Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project completion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder (minimum 5 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant welding certifications (e.g., CWB, AWS, etc.) are preferred.
