We're looking for a dynamic Cluster Business Development Manager to lead sales and revenue growth across two fantastic hotels in Wiltshire. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering results.
What you'll do as Cluster Business Development Manager:
Develop and deliver sales strategies with the General Managers and Commercial team to drive revenue across all segments.
Manage corporate rate negotiations and key accounts while proactively sourcing new business.
Build lasting partnerships through client meetings, networking, and trade events.
Use market insight and competitor analysis to keep sales and marketing strategies competitive.
Create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activity to maximise visibility.
Lead and support the Commercial Office team to ensure strong conversion rates and excellent client service.
What we're looking for:
Proven track record in hotel sales, business development, or account management.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Commercially astute with an eye for opportunity.
Proactive, target-driven, and confident working across multiple properties.

£40,000 basic salary
5% uncapped commission on all new converted business
