Electrical Installations Lecturer
Salary: £40,000 – £51,300 per annum pro rata

Due to continued growth within the Construction and Engineering provision, the college is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Installations Lecturer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Installations lecturer who is passionate about developing the next generation of tradespeople.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Electrical qualifications, supporting students to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Working within well-equipped workshops and industry-standard facilities, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Level 1–3 Electrical Installations programmes
Support and motivate learners to achieve and progress
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively within a supportive construction team
The Ideal Candidate
Level 5 teaching qualification (Level 3 minimum)
Recognised level 3 electrical qualification and 18th edition
Proven experience as an electrician
Passion for education and developing learners
Strong organisational and communication skills
