The Role
We are looking for passionate Casual Retail Assistants to ensure visitors experience exceptional customer service at every touchpoint in our Emirates Stadium stores. The position offers London Living Wage pay.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting proactively with visitors.
* Act as the go‑to expert on club products, providing high‑quality information.
* Work at a fast pace, supporting a high volume of customers without compromising quality.
* Represent the club proudly, maintaining uniform excellence and high health, safety and security standards.
* Act as a flexible and proactive team player, supporting colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in a retail‑based role in a busy, in‑store environment.
* Confident communicator with a passion for engaging service.
* Team‑player who goes the extra mile for colleagues.
* Flexible with ability to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
* Legal age: 16 years of age by 2nd June 2026.
