A National Housing Developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a site located in Nottingham.
Job Duties:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
Monitor progress and quality of work on site
Manage site logistics and materials
Report to the Site Manager on daily operations
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid certification
Valid Driving Licence
Previous experience in house building
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team
Problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
On-site presence required
May involve working in varying weather conditions
Potential for occasional evening or weekend work
