About the Role:
As a Painter & Decorator, you will work alongside Tower Hamlets Council within our social housing projects, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the community.
A Painter & Decorator within our Tower Hamlets branch will be part of a local team undertaking high-standard painting & decorating repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting all safety, quality, and cost standards.
Main Duties:
* Damp & mould treatments
* Painting and decorating (whole rooms, ceilings, doors)
* Small service repairs
Role Criteria:
* Experience in Painting & Decorating
* Experience in Damp & Mould treatment
* Good communication skills
* Good customer service skills
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
All roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.
