Collections Support Associate | Mid-Level | Full time
Hybrid Working: Remote with occasional visits to our Newcastle office. Applicable after successful completion of initial 6 weeks office based training in Newcastle.
Are you experienced in managing customer accounts and passionate about delivering excellent service? We are looking for a Customer Accounts Associate to join our dedicated team at Accenture. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing invoice processes and ensuring timely resolution of account queries and payments.
The Role
As a Customer Accounts Associate, you will play a key role in supporting smooth financial transactions with local producers. You will be responsible for managing invoicing activities, payments, engaging with producers regarding their account status, and ensuring accurate financial records. You will also support producers with any account-related queries and provide guidance where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue accurate invoices to local producers in line with established schedules.
Follow up on accounts to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
Liaise with producers to address and resolve account or invoice queries.
Facilitate amendments to invoices and generate credit notes or replacements as required.
Issue notifications for administrative fees when applicable.
Assist customer service team during peak periods to support high non-voice volumes of queries.
Maintain up-to-date records in internal financial systems.
Support reporting tasks and assist in the preparation of summary reports.
Ensure adherence to programme guidelines and Accenture’s financial compliance standards.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Min 1 years of experience in customer accounts, finance operations, or accounts receivable.
Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
Ability to meet targets and deadlines efficiently.
Approachable, supportive, and flexible with a strong sense of teamwork.
Experience managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle complex tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
