Overview
We are working with a major financial services client seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale automation solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on architecture, governance, and technical leadership across a complex, regulated environment. The successful contractor will play a key role in shaping automation strategy while enabling engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
2. Define and enforce automation standards, governance models, and best practices across the enterprise.
3. Lead platform consolidation, migration, and upgrade initiatives, including adoption of new AAP features.
4. Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to integrate end-to-end automation workflows.
