Senior Clinical Site Manager (Band 8a)
We are seeking a Clinical Site Manager to join the Clinical Site Team at St Bartholomew Hospital.
The postholder will support the team and wider site operations, ensuring operational challenges are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain site flow.
The role involves working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated service delivery. It also plays a key part in supporting operational performance, patient flow, and clinical and site leadership teams to deliver high‑quality care.
St Bartholomew’s Hospital is a specialist centre, hosting the London Heart Attack Centre and providing tertiary cancer services for East London and North East Essex.

The Senior Clinical Site Manager will:
* Support the team and wider site operations to resolve operational challenges and maintain efficient site flow.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated service delivery.
* Manage site challenges and support services across the hospital on a 24‑hour basis.
* Provide support and advice on the coordination of the hospital site and patient flow, working with the Head of Site Management to oversee 24/7 flow.
* Respond to enquiries over email and telephone, delivering a high standard of customer service.
