A welcoming secondary school in the Canterbury area is looking for an empathetic, organised and proactive Pastoral Support Coordinator to join their pastoral team and make a difference to students' lives. The Role You will play a key role in the school's pastoral provision, working closely with students, families and staff to promote wellbeing, positive behaviour and personal development. This part-time, term-time position offers the chance to support young people in a vibrant school community while helping create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every student can succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day pastoral support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in school life. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and be a point of contact for welfare, behaviour and emotional wellbeing concerns.
