We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help build Humantra’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This is a brand-first, content-led role for someone with sharp creative instincts, editorial discipline, and deep platform fluency.
You’ll own the storytelling that connects Humantra with our community. You’ll ideate, create, and execute content that feels intentional, relevant, and culturally tuned-in. From trend-driven short-form to campaign support, you’ll help shape how Humantra shows up online, every day.
Where You’ll Spend Your Time
Content Creation and Execution (45%)
* Own day-to-day execution across platforms including briefing, copywriting, publishing, and QA
* Capture and edit short-form content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Storywave with a UGC-first mindset
* Attend shoots and content days to gather BTS, lifestyle, and IRL footage
* Manage UGC creators and freelance content partners, ensuring quality and brand consistency
Performance and Optimisation (25%)
* Track social analytics and report monthly and quarterly on key metrics and insights
* Use data to guide content testing, creative optimisation, and publishing decisions
* Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices, and share insights with the team
Social Strategy and Planning (20%)
* Support the organic content strategy across platforms in line with brand vision and business goals
* Maintain and manage the social calendar, balancing planned campaigns with reactive opportunities
* Collaborate with Brand, Campaigns, Creators, and Ecomm teams to amplify key launches and moments
* Identify whitespace opportunities and explore new formats and platforms that align with our tone and values
* Support TikTok strategy end to end, including TikTok Shop content, organic growth, and community building
Community and Collaboration (10%)
* Work with PR and Creator teams to amplify earned and influencer content
* Respond to DMs and comments where appropriate to support community engagement
* Manage relationships with platform reps and tools such as TikTok and Meta
Requirements
Who You Are
✅ 1+ year of experience in social content or digital marketing at a fast-paced brand or agency
✅ Confident content creator with experience shooting, editing, and publishing across TikTok and Instagram
✅ Deep understanding of platform culture, trends, and what makes content resonate
✅ Strong copywriter with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and detail
✅ Clear communicator and confident project manager who can juggle multiple priorities
✅ Creative and collaborative, comfortable briefing others and receiving feedback
✅ Passionate about wellness, storytelling, and building brand through content
Bonus Points
• You’re a creator yourself or have managed UGC content
• Experience with consumer brands in wellness, beauty, fashion, or activewear
• Familiarity with social analytics tools such as Later, Dash Hudson, or Meta Business Suite
• Comfortable capturing content live at shoots, events, or activations
• A strong network of UGC creators or freelance content partners
