Job Description
Portico are searching for a Corporate Receptionist to take charge of a lively ground floor reception in Bristol. You’ll be the friendly face everyone looks forward to seeing. Greeting visitors, helping occupiers and sending people off with a farewell worth remembering.
You’ll work closely with the building manager and a brilliant team of service partners, becoming the go to guru for all things building related. And because we’re big fans of innovation, you’ll have the freedom to help shape the visitor experience of tomorrow.
Hours: 40 hrs per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,051 per annum
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine love for people. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to take ownership of tasks without being asked. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as our clients and occupiers all have different needs, and you’ll thrive on responding to them with ease.
You’ll be the go to person in the building, so being an enthusiastic multitasker who builds strong, lasting relationships with tenants is essential. Your natural warmth and professionalism will help create the kind of visitor experience people remember.
Previous customer service experience is a must, and because this is a stand alone reception role, you’ll need to feel comfortable representing Portico solo on site while still being part of a wider, supportive team across the portfolio.
