LABOURER REQUIRED FOR A TEMP POSITION IN RUSHDEN, NORTHAMPTON
Job Title: Labouerer
Location: Covering Northampton, St Noits, Peterborough
Hourly Rate: £17.62 Per hour
Contract length: 3 Months
Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm
Responsibilities For Labourer Role:
Void Property Clearance & Removals
Clear out furniture, appliances, rubbish, and debris from void (empty) properties in preparation for refurbishment.
Remove and safely dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations and internal procedures.
Gardening & Grounds Maintenance
Carry out routine gardening and estate maintenance tasks, including:
Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding,
Requirements for Void operative Role:
Company Van will be provided
Must have full UK driving licence (Max 5 points)
No driving bans in last 5 years
must pass basic DBS check
