The Role:
* Promote the companys services within a busy office environment
* Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries
* Handle customer queries professionally, providing clear and accurate information
* Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
* Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems
* Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace
Experience:
* Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
* Good knowledge of cars is essential
* Confident communicator with strong xsngvjr interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections and complaints calmly
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and earn commission
