What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You
will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Cake & Flowers at
The Dorchester shop to ensure our guests
receive nothing but the best experience. This includes managing stock
levels, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including health and
safety standards and delivering sales targets.
* You’ll
also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests
or any challenges that may arise during the day
* You
will optimise store sales through analytical, creative, and proactive
management during which you coordinate with Sales & Marketing to develop,
launch, and follow through with sales strategies.
* You will
aspire to inspire others, introduce ideas and promote talent within. Great
interpersonal and communication skills are a must to coach and guide your team delivering
operational excellence.
* You
will be working together with our talented pastry team to ensure the highest
quality food and beverage products are displayed and served for guests to
return again and again.
* You
will need to have a hands-on approach, passionate and well organised with the
ability to handle pressure whilst working together with the Florist department
ensuring seamless service both in store and online.
