This role plays a vital part in supporting student transitions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth running of school systems. The admin team is central to this success, working closely with senior leaders, pastoral staff and families. The Role This is a varied and rewarding role that combines admissions administration with student data management. You will be a key point of contact for families, external agencies and internal staff, ensuring information is accurate, timely and handled professionally. Responsibilities include: Managing admissions processes, including applications, offers and transitions Maintaining accurate pupil records on the school’s MIS Supporting census returns and statutory data submissions Updating attendance, safeguarding and pastoral records Responding to parent and staff queries in a professional manner Producing reports for senior leaders and pastoral teams The School Setting The school operates clear systems and workflows, meaning staff are supported rather than overwhelmed.
