National Account Manager – Global FMCG Powerhouse

We're partnering with a global FMCG powerhouse headquartered in the North West, who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with two talented National Account Managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong heritage, diverse brand portfolio and ambitious growth plans. You’ll be given the scope to manage high-profile accounts, build strong customer relationships and gain exposure across both grocery and convenience channels.

The Role

As National Account Manager, you’ll:

* Manage a portfolio of key retail and channel customers, ensuring turnover and profit growth targets are achieved.
* Develop detailed account plans and identify new opportunities to align the company proposition with customer needs.
* Lead on listings, product launches, and promotional activities to deliver against budgets.
* Implement robust account management processes, including forecasting, pricing, and contract management.
* Act as a true brand ambassador, raising awareness of the organisation and its portfolio.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and logistics to deliver customer plans.
* Take a proactive approach in driving new business opportunities across retail, convenience, and foodservice.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and drive commercial impact. Ideally, you’ll bring:

* Proven experience in account management within FMCG, ideally with grocery or food sector exposure.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
* High level of organisation and time management, with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge would be a bonus.
* Proactive, ambitious, and motivated by achievement.
