Job Responsibilities
* Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay up to date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
* Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services offered by the club.
* Maintain cleanliness standards of the facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Competent with administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop skills and behaviors specific to the role.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts that meet the needs of the business and support team members.
* Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals to ensure business success.
