Job Description\n\nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. The successful candidate is responsible for the coordination of FM & Technical Services to site to meet SLA requirements and key performance indicators.\n\nRole Summary:\n\nPrimary focus on delivery of all FM Operations in accordance with KPI & Output measurements\nSupport / Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising\nComply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA\nAct as a part of site emergency team i.e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities\nReport all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant books / documentation\nEnsure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate H&S processes and client HSE standards\nConduct monthly self-assessment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance requirements\nResponsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns\nProvide flexible support to the FM Operation areas as\nDeliver goods received to correct destination / person\nApprove invoices, goods received notes and statements for payment purposes\nTake ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns, ensuring customer is kept appraised at all times\nAct as deputy in the absence of line management\nProvide and arrange cover for the operational team as defined by line management\nOther activities and responsibilities may be individually defined\nPresent and record weekly toolbox talks and efficiently convey relevant information\nAbility to organize and issue tasks to engineers and to carry out checks through the auditing system\nCarry out audits on engineering team and sub-contractors.\nBe part of the site on call team for OOH cover\nSurvey and quote for additional works and repairsExperience Required:\n\nHold a technical qualification for example (Electrical/Mechanical/Gas/A/C) but limited to\nKnowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry\nKnowledge and understanding of various technical working of site equipment (Electrical, Mechanical, BMS and HVAC)\nAn understanding of compliance and the ability to monitor and up-date records\nPractical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service\nStrong PC skills - MS Office\nExperience with CAFM systems\nSelf-motivated and resourceful\nGood administrative skills\nWell organised\nGood prioritization and planning skills\nCustomer services experience\nAbility to communicate at all levels\nService orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking
