Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a highly successful growing organisation near Lincoln to recruit a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk (21-25 hours a week) for a 3- month temporary position to assist the Financial Controller.
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, coding, authorising and filing invoices, dealing with supplier queries, pay runs, payment allocations, scanning documents and VAT coding. You will also deal with telephone calls and greeting guests visiting thepany.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent and proven accounts payable/purchase ledger experience gained in an office environment. You will have excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, and be a reliable team player with a good eye for detail. You will have good IT skills, including Excel. You will be available to start work immediately and be living in closemute to the Lincoln area as the role is all office-based. You will be looking for part-time work (thepany is open to part or full days worked Monday to Friday).
