The successful Property Manager position will offer:
1. Basic £26,000
2. OTE £29,000

Working Hours:
7. Monday – Friday | 9-5 pm
8. Occasional Saturdays
Property Manager requirements:
9. Previous Property Management experience is essential.
10. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be computer literate.
11. Attention to detail.
12. Confident at ensuring all of the necessary legal documentation is carried out, including arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs etc
13. Most important to the role is a strong, confident personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and a naturally organised approach.
14. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in being able to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and guests.
15. Confidence in using CRMs and property management software would be advantageous and attention to detail is an absolute must.
16. A full clean driving license is required to perform this role.
17. Occasional Saturday work may be required in line with the needs of the business.
Duties of the Property Manager will involve:
18. Liaising with Landlords, Contractors & Tenants
19. Dealing with Rent Arrears
20. Organise Maintenance & Repairs
21. Key Management
22. End of Tenancy Deposit Disputes
23. Plan student changeover with the senior management team.
24. Check out reports, inventories & inspections.
25. Arrange Move-ins.
