About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-driven Case File Picker to support our client in Teesside. This is a varied role involving file picking, record handling, and site deliveries – ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Working on a rotating shift pattern with an on-call element, you’ll play a key role in ensuring case files are picked accurately, handled securely, and delivered efficiently to client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Locate and pick the correct case note files from storage, ensuring 100% accuracy
Operate safely around scissor lifts (experience advantageous)
Accurately match file numbers and maintain strong attention to detail
Record and track file movements using internal systems
Deliver files to client sites across the region in a professional and timely manner
Support with general warehouse and administrative duties as required
Maintain high standards of security and confidentiality at all times What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent number recognition/matching skills
Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-led environment
Experience working with scissor lifts or warehouse equipment (preferred)
Reliable and professional with a flexible approach to shift work and on-call duties
Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or records handling role is desirable Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence – with no more than 6 points
No DD, DR or IN10 endorsements permitted
Physically fit – able to lift, move, and handle files in a safe manner
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment checks including references What You’ll Get
