About the Role KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Delivering outstanding service to guests, creating welcoming and memorable experiences
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure smooth service across bar, front-of-house, and dining areas
Learning about our food, drink, and menus to confidently guide and assist guests
Maintaining high standards in presentation, setup, and breakdown of your area
Assisting with stock, payments, and keeping your workspace organized and efficient
Following all Health and Safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe
