Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join their team, covering reactive maintenance jobs from Nottingham to Newcastle. The Role: As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for attending various client sites to carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance tasks including Painting and Decorating. You will need to be adaptable, able to work independently, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Responding to reactive maintenance requests across multiple sites • Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, joinery, decorating, and minor electrical work • Identifying and reporting any major repair needs, taking photographs and notes of the repair enabling them to be accessed • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations • Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used • Providing a professional and friendly service to clients Requirements...
