£90 - £105 per hour (dependent on experience)
Support pupils with a range of needs, including:
Autism (ASC) – promoting social communication
Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
Your Responsibilities:
Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning
Assist with IEPs and personalised learning plans
Support social, communication, and independence skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists
Essential Job Requirements:
Experience supporting SEND pupils
Knowledge of SEND strategies
Patient, adaptable, and proactive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
