Evoke Staffing are currently looking for an experienced Warehouseman for a Permanent position as an Operations Supervisor for our prestigious client based on Milton Park
Hours of work: 07:00am – 16:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Monday to Friday but flexibility with your start and finish times, weekend working and occasional nights out supporting the Fitting Team.
Pay: Annual Salary starting at £28,000 per Annum rising to £32,000 per Annum.
Key Accountabilities:
* Support the Operation in maintaining SLA’s for On Time In Full (OTIF)
* Manage accurate stock and inventory levels both at part and location level to ensure order fill meets SLA’s
* Manage stock levels and redundant stock ensuring warehouse storage capacities are maintained within tolerance.
* Utilize the Netsuite system to enable a single point of reference for all activities for a Sales Order (S.O)/Purchase Order (P.O) data capture and Proof Of Delivery (POD) referencing.
* Ensure that all costs are captured in NetSuite relevant to the SO or PO
* Ensure Orders are picked in time, accurately and signed off accordingly.
* Ensure all despatches have the correct paperwork, signed and attached to the relevant Orders within the system.
* Manage workflow orders ensuring accurate pick and build of stock items along with associated systemic data input and sign off
* Supervision of all Operational resource
* Support Operations manager in all resourcing requirements and monitoring of T&A, H&S, HR, welfare.
* Support and be aware of Budget costs in line with SLA of 6% of sales.
* Support Operational Invoice control and signoff
* Manage the daily checks associated with MHE, Infrastructure and H&S requirements.
* Responsible for the daily checks Infrastructure, facilities, vehicles, MHE
* Support of Operational H&S and associated legislation required for the installation of goods and services by our fitters or 3rd parties acting on our behalf.
* Supervise and control the 3rd Party couriers, consider specific contracts, costs and service provided by each 3rd party.
* Manage the daily requirements of 3rd party facility providers typically waste, facilities, and provisions.
* Maintain Own Fleet Checks, servicing repairs and lubricants to reduce costs and maintain a 100% available own van fleet.
* Support the Operations Manager with all costs associated with the operation and ensure costs are accounted for accurately against PO and SO details.
* Support Operations Manager of Operational costs, review with Accounts team monthly ensuring accurate costs applied by month.
* Support Purchasing and sales teams - Review Sales order (S.O) data for active orders identifying any Risks that may impact on the supply and delivery of the goods.
* Advise accordingly of any SO’s that are at risk. Due to P.O or payment issues
