We are looking for a new Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join their growing team in their new uber cool offices in Stockport This Business Delveopment Manager / Sales Executive position is all about generating leads and setting high-quality demos. You’ll be using the latest tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and email automation platforms to creatively and persistently open doors. Key Responsibilities: * Research and build targeted prospect lists using advanced sales tools * Execute daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone * Book qualified meetings and demos * Collaborate with senior sales team to refine messaging and lead strategy * Maintain CRM data and track engagement * Test, optimise, and scale outreach tactics Candidate Requirements * A degree is essential (all disciplines considered) * OR 1-2 years in an SDR or entry-level BDM role * Excellent written and verbal communication * Tenacious, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections * Self-starter with strong organisation skills and the ability to hit daily KPIs * Driven by success, money, and career growth * Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, and outreach tools preferred * Creative flair and interest in content or design a bonus (e.g. Adobe Suite, PDF editing) - not essential Career Progression This Sales Executive / Buisnes Development Executive role is a fast track to a full Business Development Manager position, where current BDMs are earning £100k.
