Job title: HubSpot Consultant
Location: ideally, you would be within commutable distance to Leeds, however this role is remote first
Salary: DOE
Job responsibilities:
* Lead HubSpot implementation, onboarding, and optimisation projects for a range of B2B clients.
* Audit existing HubSpot portals, identify gaps, and build clear strategic roadmaps.
* Design and build workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, custom properties, reports, and dashboards.
* Map and improve sales, marketing, and service processes through HubSpot’s full suite of tools (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs).
* Work cross-functionally with client-side stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Sales, Ops teams) to understand requirements and deliver tailored RevOps solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, data, tech) to deliver projects on time and to spec.
Requirements:
* Ideally, you would come from a HubSpot agency, however this client are open to inhouse professionals
* A minimum of 2 years experience, working with HubSpot
* A hunger to progress and improve in your career (this is a real bonus)
* Great communication skills
