Interim Building Surveyor Opportunity
We’re currently seeking an Interim Building Surveyor for a short-term assignment with a public sector organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing contracts from start to completion, including interim payments and valuations
- Handle legal disrepair cases, property surveys, inspections, and prepare survey reports
- Carry out repair works related to cracks in buildings and roofing defects
- Collaborate with consultants to resolve cracks and foundation movement issues
Essential Skills:
Experience in building surveying roles, especially with roofing contracts
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including payments and valuations
Knowledge of legal disrepair processes and property inspections
Experience identifying and resolving building defects (cracks, foundation issues)
