The Finance Broker – Commercial & Development Role
As a Finance Broker focusing on Commercial & Development finance, you'll play a crucial role in structuring and securing funding solutions for developers, property investors, and commercial clients. This role is ideal for candidates from Private Banks or Specialist Lenders who have the technical expertise and drive to succeed in a brokerage environment.
Finance Broker – Commercial & Development: Key Responsibilities
* Structuring finance solutions across
Senior Debt, Stretched Senior, Mezzanine Debt, Equity, Joint Ventures, Bridge Finance, and Development Finance
.
* Managing a pipeline of high-value transactions, with an average case size of
£2.5 million
.
* Nurturing relationships with property developers and investors from the firm's extensive database.
* Negotiating and securing optimal lending terms to maximise client outcomes.
* Working closely with lenders, investors, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
* Advising clients on the best funding structures tailored to their needs.
Finance Broker – Commercial & Development: Package & Earnings
* Finance Broker:
£40,000 - £60,000 basic
* Senior Finance Broker:
£60,000 - £80,000 basic
* Commission:
10-20% with
no validation
* Performance Bonus

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in
Commercial & Development Finance
– either as a broker, lender, or private banker.
* Strong knowledge of
