No previous classroom experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
• Ensure students stay engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Support students’ learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Your transferable skills gained through university, part-time work, placements, sports, volunteering, or leadership roles can make you an excellent fit for this position.

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need:
• A university degree or be currently studying towards one
• A confident, professional, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and manage a classroom environment
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
