The Role
* Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years setting
* Lead the class independently during teacher PPA time
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team
* Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress and learning journeys
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience working within an Early Years (EYFS) setting
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* Experience leading a class or group of children independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
