* GCE/GCSE’s subjects to include English Language
* Word Processing/RSA II
* 1 year part qualification RSA Part I
* Ability to deal with sensitive issues with empathy and the ability to generate rapport with individuals rapidly
Duties of this role include:
* Provide the highest possible standard of secretarial and clerical support, ensuring a professional, effective service that makes optimum use of available resources
* Support Consultants, clients, and hospital staff with secretarial tasks
* Ensure typed documentation is of the highest standard
* Maintain accurate documentation and files
* Communicate effectively and promptly all verbal and written messages, responding to urgent requests
* Coordinate with bookings/admissions office regarding patient admission requests via Consultants
* Gather and collate information as required
* Respond to telephone enquiries professionally and promptly
