Salary: £43,000 - 46,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience in a Business Analyst role within a highly regulated industry.
* Knowledge of a range of business improvement and analysis tools, frameworks, and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and/or project management training.
* Demonstrably strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to carry out end-to-end business process mapping for both 'as is' and 'to be' processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and provide insightful analysis.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Provide business analysis expertise using appropriate tools and methodologies as required.
* Collaborate seamlessly with business stakeholders to identify and document clear problem statements.
* Assess and implement the appropriate approaches and tools for any given exercise.
* Engage in process redesign activities, which include documenting and reviewing both current ('as is') and desired ('to be') processes to enhance services that meet the needs of our customers and the business.
* Support the creation and development of user stories and capture business requirements.
