About The Role The role is based at the Stockport Waste Water Treatment Works working alongside a HGV Grab Driver covering the Manchester and Cheshire areas. It is desirable to have experience but if not we are also seeking a person with the interest and enthusiasm to learn and progress. Full training will be provided. Location: Stockport Hours: 50 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 06.30am-16.30pm (with a 30 min unpaid break) Salary: £33,800 per annum (overtime paid at X1.5) Responsibilities Working on site, as part of a team Muck away operations Assisting the grab driver with collecting and delivering aggregates Good customer service skills are required as dealing with internal and external personnel Complete all relevant paperwork associated with day-to-day tasks Using a tablet for data collation Assisting in backfilling, compacting trenches and patches (reinstatements) Excellent housekeeping of the site, adhering to all health and safety policies.
