Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs. The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious Responsibilities will include: Carrying out external property inspections Handling maintenance enquiries Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs Controlling Property licence applications Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services. Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Skills for the role includes: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficient IT skills F ull UK Driving License required & car. I ndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential. Strong at timekeeping and time management. Company Benefits: Private medical insurance.
