Who We’re Looking For:
* CIPD‑qualified HR practitioner (or candidate actively working toward this qualification).
* Demonstrated experience providing HR support and advice within a large, complex organisation.
* Strong background in general or Medical HR, ideally with experience in employee relations and wellbeing.
* Ability to build strong relationships, influence decision‑making, and coach line managers on handling a range of HR matters.
* Proactive, resilient approach to workload management in a dynamic healthcare setting.
