You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the S4/o9 project across MEU for your function. This leadership role works directly with senior-level leaders across functions and in the BUs to drive the S4/o9 transformation.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management and communications, managing stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, and adoption of the S4/o9 implementation.
2. Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation, ensuring alignment between functional needs and the MEU S4/o9 program.
3. Set change strategies and create comprehensive plans aligned with global S4/o9 goals and broader organizational objectives.
4. Identify and assess change impacts to the organization, focusing on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement via leading change within the specific business function in FitGap and capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA).
5. Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, utilizing the MDLZ change management methodology (CAF principles).
6. Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders; influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching (, guiding BU Change Teams, Workstream leads, SMEs, and Key Users).
7. Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies by defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and adoption.

8. Experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment, specifically complex MEU/Global projects with cross-functional collaboration.
9. Proven experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
10. Deep knowledge of best practices in change management principles and experience managing large-scale business transformation initiatives.
11. Training and instructional design experience, including managing the delivery of comprehensive training programs.
12. A passion for change and big-picture thinking, balanced with a "roll up your sleeves" approach to work both strategically and tactically.

13. This role reports directly into the S4/o9 MEU Change Lead.
14. The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.
What you need to know about this position:
15. This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your functional S4/o9 team.
16. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with high visibility within MEU.

Education / Certifications:
20. Relevant functional qualification and/or experience.
21. Change Management Accreditation is a significant advantage.
Job specific requirements:
22. Strong Functional Knowledge with a minimum of 5+ years in a function/s, with deep functional knowledgeinone or more ofthe following areas(Procurement / Sales / Supply ChainMgt(Log ops / Order to Cash)
